Comfort Air Systems proudly offers a Forever Warranty™ on qualifying new HVAC equipment we install. This warranty is designed to give homeowners unmatched peace of mind by covering both parts and labor for the life of the system, as long as simple maintenance requirements are met.

What the Forever Warranty Covers


The Forever Warranty provides 100% coverage for parts and labor on any mechanical or electrical failure of the covered HVAC system.


Covered Components Include (but are not limited to):


  • Compressors
  • Motors and blower assemblies
  • Control boards and electrical components
  • Valves, sensors, and switches
  • Refrigerant-related component failures
  • Manufacturer defects and normal wear-related failures



There is no dollar limit on covered repairs.

What Systems Qualify


New HVAC equipment installed by Comfort Air Systems

Furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless systems

Mitsubishi Electric systems, including Hyper-Heat models, are fully eligible


Coverage applies only to the original installed system and does not extend to unrelated accessories unless specifically included at installation.

Maintenance Requirements (Required for Coverage)


To keep the Forever Warranty valid, the following conditions must be met without interruption:


  1. Comfort Air Systems must perform all system maintenance
  2. The customer must be enrolled in an active Comfort Air Systems Maintenance Plan
  3. At least one maintenance visit per calendar year is required
  4. Maintenance must be completed before the anniversary date of the previous service


Any lapse in required maintenance will permanently void the Forever Warranty.

Transferability


The Forever Warranty is transferable to a new homeowner under the following conditions:


  • There has been no lapse in required maintenance
  • The new homeowner enrolls in a Comfort Air Systems Maintenance Plan
  • Transfer is requested within a reasonable time after property sale



Once transferred, all warranty terms and maintenance requirements remain the same.

The Forever Warranty does not cover:


  • Damage due to abuse, neglect, or improper use
  • Modifications or repairs performed by another contractor
  • Acts of nature (fire, flood, lightning, power surges, etc.)
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect system performance
  • Failure caused by lack of electrical supply, fuel supply, or homeowner-provided components
